Tips for storing your veggies
You want to potatoes in a cool, dry area, not in the fridge.
Aubergines shouldn't be kept in the fridge but they should be kept somewhere cool.
Asparagus, mushrooms, tomatoes, carrots, and lettuce, should all be stored in the fridge as well (they all keep fresher when kept in the fridge).
Garlic and onions should be kept at room temperature.
Keep pineapples melons at room temperature - once cut though they should be stored in the fridge.
You can also freeze peppers, corn, peas, broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, green beans, butternut squash, spinach, kale, celery, and onions.
